No client relationship

Contacting Omega by email or telephone does not create an adviser-client relationship. An engagement exists only after terms have been agreed in writing.

Specialist and regulated services

Where a mandate requires regulated or specialist services, those services are provided by appropriately qualified independent professionals under separate terms where applicable.

Information and confidentiality

We aim to keep website information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current. Do not send trade secrets or highly sensitive information through an initial email enquiry.
